How to permanently remove eyebrow hair (above and under)? (photos)

My eyebrows make me look very aggressive and grow extensively above and below the main eyebrow arch. I would therefore like to know what the best permanent solution is to get rid of this problem. I have been told that laser cannot be use in this area.

Hello.  Laser hair removal can be offered around the eyes with the right equipment and right experience.  The issue is that laser hair removal does not offer the precision of shaping an eyebrow like threading does so we have to be careful not to take off too much hair in the area.  Corneal eye shields can be used under the brow to protect the eyes and above the eye regular safety classes can be used.

Laser is normally used in this area unless eyes are covered with corneal shield. For limited number of hairs electrolysis is good option. You can use topical anesthetic to make it more comfortable.
