Hello,You'll need to visit a surgeon capable of de-projecting your nose (make it less pointy), and improve the cartilaginous irregularities on your bridge as well. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons (or AAFPRS equivalent) who specializes in revision rhinoplasty. Best of luck!

Complete resolution of the swelling may improve the overjection of the tip but I believe you will need revision surgery to correct this excessive "pointiness" of the nose. This can be accomplished by using several surgical maneuvers. I will wait a few more months for completion of the healing process before revision surgery.Best

Unfortunately, I would argue that your nasal tip is the ideal that us nasal surgeons strive for. Your concern is really what most surgeons would consider a home run. You do bring up a valid point that it is all about perception such that you feel your nose is too sharp and that is ALL that is important. Surgeons should really try to decipher each patient's perception so that they deliver not the best nasal tip I have seen in a while but the nasal tip that you the patient thinks is perfect.

Dear rinren, I certainly see your concerns with your current result and you will need to have a revision rhinoplasty to address the tip projection. It is advisable to wait an entire year for the nose to heal before having revision surgery. At this time the swelling should dissipate and then a revision can be performed to address your concerns. See some specialists in the field and have imaging performed so that you and your surgeon are on the same page regarding your desired results.
