I had a rhinoplasty about 6 Months ago and my nose looks more pointy than it was the first months. I'm not happy with the results at all. I'm not sure if it's just the swelling.. I was wondering : Do I need to have an other rhinoplasty to fix this? Can I just fix my tip and not break the bone again?
