It is highly unlikely that your glasses would have caused nasal valve collapse after septorhinoplasty, especially if there was no significant pain in that area. If you had significant pain and continued to wear glasses then perhaps it is feasible.
If the glasses are for reading and placed over the lower aspect of the nose then the answer will be yes it can interfer with breathing by picking internal nasal valves which are formed by upper lateral cartilages. We recommend taping the glasses to the forehead when needed if they are heavy for, at least three months. Best
