Is this area of necrosis healing normally? It was first a black scab then my PS did slight debriding and revealed dark red tissue under. Now it's become inflated and white. No odor, some pain but I was told I have some fat necrosis as well. Is this abnormal? I had a breast reduction. No implants.

What you have going on is the most common short term issue I see with breast reductions post operatively. This is the area with the most tension and therefore most susceptible to wound healing issues. The vast majority heal over a few weeks with only attentive local wound care....
Your right areola is suffering from a lack of blood supply. It will heal but it will do so very slowly so be patient with it and follow your surgeon's wound care instructions.
Although I understand your desire to undergo breast reduction surgery now, I would advise you not to do so at this point. Best to focus on losing weight prior to proceeding with any type of elective surgery. Best wishes.
