Was told I had superficial wounds...notice below nipple and underneath at incision, and they would heal in time. I was told by my PS to keep dry and use gauze, however every time I go to change it, it sticks and re opens wound and they are not getting better.

Answer: Care of breast reduction wounds It appears from your photos that you have healing problems at the two "T's", which are the most common sites for issues. Most likely you either had a problem with circulation in those areas or there is a suture "festering" underneath. With my own patients I carefully check for any protruding or exposed sutures and remove them. As far as dressings go, I like Silvadene cream once daily until the wounds heal. If dressings are sticking, try wetting them with sterile water or saline when you do your dressing changes. I hope this helps.Best of luck.
