Are these Montgomery glands and could they be removed? (Photos)

Hey, I’m a 25-year-old guy, and I’m suffering from bumps on my nipples for many years. It can be squeezed and a sebum comes out of it. How can I get rid of it? Are they Montgomery glands? Can they be lasered off? Thank you!

Dear lknott, if you want them removed, you will need to have a surgery. Scar prevention begins in the OR during the surgery when I meticulously close wounds in multiple layers in order to reduce tension and reduce scars width. I tape my incisions during the early postoperative period...

This problem can be corrected in local anesthesia with excellent result. Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

Hello!  I recommend you meet in person with a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon. You will need a revision of the breast lift due to excess tissue in the lower poles (bottom of the breast). I believe once that is addressed, you will have a really nice result.

Scar revision followed with laser treatment seem to be working for most of the scars.. However, I do not think that anybody can promise that your scar is going to be better than one on your last photo. A good tattoo of areola's border would be an option too? Good luck.
