How long does the frosting from a TCA cross last. Will it go away on its own?

I just did a tca cross treatment on myself with 100% solution to get rid of my acne scars on my forehead. I applied it about 30 minutes ago it frosted but the frost won't go away and Im really scared that it won't go away. Will it go away on its own?

i never use 100% and this sounds like you did way too much which can worsen the scars. i suggest you see an expert for combination treatments and skin care at this time.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Agree with Dr Emer, 100% maybe too strong, but the frosting should go away within the next 30 minutes and redness will ensure. If all goes right, skin will heal within 5-6 days with proper post op after care. It is very important that the correct scar type is treated with TCA CROSS, namely deep ice pick scars, pick scars or narrow box car scars. All the best in your recovery- and remember to stay safe.
