How long would it take braces to pull short lateral and central incisors downwards and reduce buccal corridors?

I hate how small my teeth and smile are. I don't have much teeth show when my lips are resting or I make an expression other than smiling. I want my teeth to show a lot like models do, but even if it's not possible to pull the central ones down I want the lateral ones to be pulled down so my smile is little bigger. Central + lateral don't have to be even to each other, just longer. I also dislike how narrow my arch is and want to widen it. How long do these things typically take with braces?

Not seeing what the situation is for the back teeth, if it is localized to the front teeth then an option would be of a functional appliance to help correct the crossbite.

You can undergo orthodontic / braces treatment at any age. With age only issue is slow tooth movement and that results in little prolonged treatment duration. You can opt for aligners [invisible, painless]as an option.
