My expression is angry and pissed. My upper teeth are hidden and my lower teeth show. Everything about my lips is ugly.

Kindfrau,I can see somewhat of what you are describing.Have you had any filler before?I would not say your lips are ugly. Lips come in all shapes and sizes.I perform a lot of lip injections with fillers such as juvederm to help improve shape and it works great. For patients looking for a more long lasting result, I recommend fat grafting. That is, using your own bodies fat to make your lips naturally look more shapely.
