Can you reverse a lip reduction?

Question

I had a very large bottom lip and small top lip. So i figured a lip reduction would help. It did at first but only 3 years later and i regret it so much. I cant explain it but they just dont look right. I literally dont go out due to low self esteem because of them.( and other reasons but main one is the lips) I realized i was so happier with the big lip despite being made fun of. I would do anything to get it back but it seems impossible because tissue was removed?

Without photos and in-person exam it is not possible to give you any concrete suggestion. However, it is possible to enlarge reduced lip permanently with reconstructive procedure similar to lip reconstruction after cancer. Augmentation may also be achieved using your own tissue (fascia) or specially prepared dermal graft from cadaver. It is much more complex procedure(s) than lip reduction and for that reason you have to look for an expert. Temporary augmentation with fillers is an option. Good luck.

Dear Meeis1234,a formal evaluation would be required to give you more information. Generally speaking, lip augmentation can be successfully performed using fillers.
