I had Vaserlipo a month ago. My incision sites are healing, but just last week I developed an itchy rash around my incision areas. I thought it was the bandaid so I removed it but it still persists 3 days later. I used nesporin but it wouldn't go away. What do I do? The images show the incision area near the hip (left and right). Thank you

please contact your surgeon. He or she will go over this with you. We should not be making medical decisions for you on real self.  If you're taking antibiotics currently then that could be a cause. Medicine should not be practiced over forms like real self.  Just not the way it's done.  Please call your doctor if he or she is not helpful then contact your primary care doctor.  Most likely stopping anabiotic's if you're taking them can help. Prescription anti-inflammatory steroid medication can help as well.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
