8 months post revision rhinoplasty - Is it safe to have IPL done at this point in recovery to target rosacea redness?

This is my first revision w/ rib and I would like to do all I can to prevent re-absorption. I'm very happy with my result and want this to be my last nose surgery. However, I also have pre-rosacea and IPL treatments have historically kept flushing and redness at bay. My face is starting to heat up again, so I'd love to know if or when it would be safe to get a IPL for rosacea maintenance? Thankyou sooo much for any information! P.s.
