I have been contemplating calf and ankle lipo sculpture under local anesthesia. Im in my 20's in great shape. My calves are 13.5 in and ankles are 8.5 inches. I have been to a few consults and told while there is not a ton of fat there that the shape can definitely be improved. After reading many reviews the swelling of this area after lipo sounds horrible. Is it really that bad? This would be the only area I would be having worked on. What should I expect as far as swelling and recovery post op?
