Upper blepharoplasty 6 weeks ago. My scars look pretty bad. They're long and very noticeable. How can I improve them? (Photo)

Your scars are in the timeframe where they look the worst they will look. From roughly 6 weeks to 3 months then tend to look more red and raised than the time before or after. It can take scars a year or two to fully mature and become thin and white. Keep using the silicone treatment and give the scars some time, they will end up looking great!
