I snorted a small amount of cocaine 2 weeks after septoplasty. What do I risk ?

Good afternoon ! I had a septoplasty and partial turbinectomy (right nostril) at the beginning of the month. I then got drunk 14 days after and snorted a little bit a cocaine in the left nostril which still burns a little two days after. What do I risk now ? I'm afraid my nose won't heal correctly

The likelihood is that you will be ok, but it is always best to follow all directions after any procedure particularly instructions to avoid things like aspirin alcohol and any non-prescription drugs.  When prescribed surgery medications are mixed with recreational drugs, significantly bad consequences can arise.  Check with your doctor to make sure everything is healing well.

You are correct to assume that the cocaine can negatively affect your healing. I would discuss with your surgeon specifically and they may want to take a look at you and ensure everything is fine. A pretty good rule of thumb is to not do any intranasal drugs after nasal surgery. Best of luck
