I have always been self conscious of my teeth as they are discolored and not white. I have not experienced any issues as a results of these defects, but I don't like the color of my teeth. I have more white spots on my first and second molars, but these are not visible unless I open up wide. I wonder what the best treatment for me would be in terms of fixing the color of my teeth. Again, I have not experienced any issues with my teeth other than being self conscious about them.

Answer: If color is only concern, bleaching teeth is best
Since you bleached your teeth, you brightened the color from shade B2 to A1. So the tooth is now is less translucent, especially if your mouth is dry. This in turn causes reflection of the whiter color to the eye, much more immediate than a more grayish translucent color! You are showing...
I agree with the suggestion of KOR whitening. It is the best on the market. If the KOR does not brighten your lower teeth as much as you would like, veneers would be the only other option.
I would try a desensitizing tooth paste like sensydyne. If that doesn't work, get a prescription from your dentist for prevident 5000 and try using that in your bleaching trays for a couple hours 2-3 days.
