The issue am having is teeth dont look white enough when am looking through the rear view of a car wing mirror however i attended a wedding and had pictures taken, my teeth appear to look unnaturally white almost like i have veneers, i wanted to ask is this a common practice, has other patients had similar problems i tryed searching online but cant seem to find any answers

I agree with the suggestion of KOR whitening. It is the best on the market. If the KOR does not brighten your lower teeth as much as you would like, veneers would be the only other option.
I would try a desensitizing tooth paste like sensydyne. If that doesn't work, get a prescription from your dentist for prevident 5000 and try using that in your bleaching trays for a couple hours 2-3 days.
If Peridex (chlorhexidine) mouthwash was recommending after scaling for bleeding, it can stain your teeth. However, this can be easily polished off by a dental professional.
