What's the full list of topical soaps, creams, moisturizers, ingredients that I should avoid post Rhinoplasty and for how long?

It is best to ask this question directly to your
surgeon at your pre-op appointment. This pre-op appointment is the time during
which he or she will detail all the do’s and don’ts leading up to your
rhinoplasty, including which topical creams to avoid using. Be sure to have a
comprehensive list of each of the creams you currently use and be prepared with
any other relevant questions that you may still have leading up to the day of
your surgery. 

Your surgeon should be the one to give you specific advise n which creams to avoid and which would be of some benefit.  Often, the skin of the nose is dry after rhinoplasty, so I often recommend a water based moisturizer.
