I hate how long and awkward the lower half of my face is. My face is generally just long and very flat. I have no structure whatsoever. I wish it was fuller and maybe more angular. I am currently undergoing orthodontics to fix my side profile (monkey like). My ortho has suggested that I get chin implants to then fix my soft tissue profile. How can I fix my whole face though? Forehead lowering? Orthognathic surgery? Fillers? What is required for me? I also hate that gap between my nose and mouth
