Possible extracapsular rupture of recalled implants and possibly silicone in tissue. Surgery an emergency or can I wait one mo?

Peaceful9125
MRI shows possible extracapsular rupture of my 8 year old textured Allergan biocell implants (the recalled type). MRI also shows my lymph nodes are inflamed possibly due to being silicone laden or just because I just got the COVID vaccine. I know I need to replace these implants soon but is surgery an emergency or can I wait one more month? I have one doctor who can do surgery in next few weeks but another doctors who I prefer but who has no have availability til next month. Who do i go with?
