Day 5 post op and feeling heart palpitations--is this a concern?

Hi.I am 5 day post op today and I Was wondering if heart palpitations is normal with breast augmentation.I was actually having them 2 weeks before my surgery and thought it could be from anxiety only but realized I still have them as soon as I was done with my breast augmentation.I know it can be caused by general anesthesia and pain meds but Ive been off my pain meds already for 2 days now.Can somebody explain to me why I get this feeling?

Without photographs of your breasts both preoperatively and postoperatively it is impossible to determine if you are bottoming out. A consultation with your surgeon can determine if this is occurring, and how it should be managed.
