I read an article about this clinic which performs cupping therapy sessions between the laser treatments. They claim that as the body scavenges the area to clear the bruise, ink particles are also removed. They say it improves the clearance and allows a better removal by the body. I wonder if there is such a thing or it is worth trying it. I'm currently having treatments for my tattoo and it is already faded after 2nd treatment. I may try this cupping therapy to speed up the process. Thanks

Answer: Laser Tattoo Removal Facts about Cupping--takes a series of treatments
Absolutely! As long as your oncologist has cleared you to have them removed, meaning the markers are no longer needed they can be readily removed with good laser technology. Many laser centers, such as ours, are happy to treat these at no charge
Very rare to se pain after 3 days. The area of concern is the red area to the left on the photo. You must go back and see your doctor. Keep the area clean and dry and use some antibiotic ointment until your are see. One treatmentment will not fade this tattoo very much. I would continue...
Tattoo removal does work on African American skin but it can be more difficult. Our skin is more prone to scarring and hyper and hypo pigmentation. Look for an experienced provider who can show you before and after pictures and make sure they are using only Q-switched lasers. Please read my blog...
