Surgery to fix a broken nose is not within the scope of practice for a chiropractor. Rhinoplasty for the broken nose is one of the most difficult procedures to perform in all of cosmetic surgery, So it is very important to choose the best and most experienced specialist you can find in your area.

If the bones of your nose are displaced to the side or, especially downward, or if your breathing has changed, please seek the appropriate specialty to repair your nose - a board certified Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) doctor.

If the broken bones haven't been displaced, they can heal within 6-8 weeks. However sometimes a reduction is needed, which can be done in an office or surgically. Some chiropractors do nasal adjustments, but if surgery is needed you would need another medical professional.  Facial fillers can help correct nasal asymmetries if needed. You need to be evaluated by a Dr. Best, Dr. Emer
