Can chiropractors fix broken noses?

If the broken bones haven't been displaced, they can heal within 6-8 weeks. However sometimes a reduction is needed, which can be done in an office or surgically. If somebody has nasal trauma, and has a crooked nasal appearance, we may offer a closed reduction of the nasal fracture to restore a straight nasal appearance.
