I want to spend around $1000 for a chin enhancement, what's the best option to increase chin projection with the longest lasting filler? I've had 2cc of Juvederm done before and am really happy with the results, but i'm looking for something more permanent. Should I just spend $3000 or so to get a chin implant?
Answer: Chin Implant on a budget You have a few options to achieve a stronger-looking chin and profile. If you’re not sure you’re ready for surgery, but still want to improve and strengthen your chin and profile, I’d suggest augmenting your chin with Sculptra and/or Voluma. I’d also remove the fat underneath your chin with liposuction or Kybella. If you like your new look, you can make it permanent with a chin implant.

Answer: Chin implant under local anesthesia A chin implant can be placed using local anesthesia - this technique works wonderfully in our experience and saves some money by avoiding a general anesthetic.

Answer: Looking for something permanent for chin If you are looking for a permanent solution to augmentation for your chin, I would recommend a chin implant. There are a variety of fillers that could be used, but these would not give you the same amount of augmentation that an implant could and the longevity of them would not be as good. If you were going to use a filler again, I would recommend trying Radiesse. It the firmest of the fillers and works well to augment the chin.

Answer: Chin implant, I'm looking for something more permanent Fillers placed in the chin area are not FDA approved, do not work very well in that location, and are temporary. Fillers offer a soft tissue augmentation, but the chin area requires a bony augmentation due to the deficiency of the mandible. Placement of a chin implant offers a permanent augmentation. They can be performed under local anesthesia, so that there is not an anesthesia fee. Chin implants are manufactured in a large array of both sizes and shapes should best determined at the time of the consultation and examination. Digital computer imaging would be helpful to understand what can cannot be accomplished with the procedure upon your facial features.
