In my opinion, modest cheek bone reduction can yield reasonable results.  Having said that soft tissue healing can be unpredictable.  Please consult with several board certified plastic surgeons or board certified facial plastic surgeons.

Hello yojinThough risks are rare in cheek implants complications can happen. They may include adverse reaction to anesthesia and this is due to reaction caused by substances like tobacco, antidepressants etc., infection and misplacement of implants.

Interesting observation, currently most women want fuller faces and would give anything for yours. Bone reduction procedures albeit possible are large operations with lots of downtime, I would suggest to start with a refining rhinoplasty, my guess is that you will be happy after that
