Will buccal fat removal on one side balance out my face? (Photo)

To balance out one side of the face it is necessary to determine what is the cause of the imbalance. The current posted picture of the face doest allow to asses the problem. Multiple face view pictures are necessary in a RS post to asses better the problem. 

There are several things that can cause facial asymmetry or give the impression of facial asymmetry. A single partial photo is not enough information to render an opinion about what is best for you. Dear adelesardele,it is hard to tell just by looking at your photo and without an examination. generally speaking, dermal fillers are a great option for face contouring and asymmetry. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon.
