Will buccal fat removal on one side balance out my face? (Photo)

Hello, I was wondering would buccal fat removal from one side (left in the photo) help to reduce that side of the face and get it more symetrical with the other side?

To balance out one side of the face it is necessary to determine what is the cause of the imbalance. The current posted picture of the face doest allow to asses the problem. Multiple face view pictures are necessary in a RS post to asses better the problem.

There are several things that can cause facial asymmetry or give the impression of facial asymmetry. A single partial photo is not enough information to render an opinion about what is best for you. The buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat in the middle of your cheek. It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. 
The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape. Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly. If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full. You can be a candidate for a Buccal Pad removal surgery.
