Will Buccal fat removal work for me? (Photos)

Question

Considering bucks fat removal. I have always felt like my face is bottom heavy and full. I'm 5'0, 112 lbs fit and toned 31 years old. Face doesn't match my body due to genetics. Mom has a very full, round face. I'm wondering if buccal fat removal will work or if I will have to get a face lift. I'm not interested in fillers as I've had them and only made me look pudgier and rounder.

Buccal fat pad removal is a great operation when performed in properly selected patients and not just utilized haphazardly to create enhanced definition in a face. If your lower cheeks or submalar area (the area below your cheekbones themselves) are somewhat thin or narrow, taking out the buccal fat will highlight your cheekbones but possibly, with a trade off-that, could result in a gaunt, older looking face. To get more customized approach to your concerns as well as find out the exact cost, it is best to have an in person consultation for a board certified plastic surgeon.

Buccal fat removal is a plastic surgery procedure that helps to improve the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks.  By removing the fullness of this area, patient candidates  could an smaller, thinner V shaped face ( if they have good cheek bones). If the patient have not good cheek bones ( anterior and lateral cheek bones), cheek enhancement with fillers ( like voluma) does help to achieve a chiseled face.
