Are my breasts too low? (Photos)

You do indeed have bottoming out with a double bubble on each side. I
would treat your situation as follows:1) the Internal Bra, my strong permanent internal suturing technique which corrects your bottoming out and double bubble and
lifts and supports your implants over the long term- it is actually the
most common revision I perform, about 5-6 times a week- it works and it

You have what we call "bottoming out" in both your breasts. That is what is creating that double bubble look in your breast folds. Please speak to your surgeon to have a revision.Regards,

Thank you for the question and pictures. Sometimes, whether or not breast implants are in appropriate position can be a matter of opinion or preference.  Having said that, if the distance from your areolar to inframammary fold area seems too long (bottoming out) or you wish to have more upper pole volume, then revisionary breast surgery, capsulorraphy (adjustment of the breast implant capsules in the inframammary fold area) techniques may be helpful.  
Best to communicate any specific concerns/goals directly with your plastic surgeon; in my practice this communication is best done using goal photographs and computer imaging.Best wishes.
