Want: silicone implants, high up, round/full on top, close together I want them to look noticeably "fake" but not due to their size, instead, due to their shape. I do not want a lot of horizontal projection outwards so I do not think I want "high profile" or submuscular placement as I do not desire a gradual slope. Subglandular placement and small but fake style seems to be uncommon. Are there any providers who match this style? Preferably in LA or Miami.
