Breast implant shifting upside down?

This will need to be operated on most likely to fix the problem.  I would switch to round smooth implants which won't have these problems.

The shifting of the tear drop implant is not uncommon, and this is the reason that I, personally, do not use them.This shape is pretty much a marketing aspect.  However, in your situation, it can be corrected by placing new, round, implants.

The problem with anatomic implants is that they can flip or rotate and which then results in asymmetry at the minimum. A mammogram will help with establishing your diagnosis. Your implants can be changed out with more cohesive implants that are round, called INSPIRA implants, so that you don't ever have to worry about implants flipping or rotating.
