Push ups and dual plane breast implants? (Photo)

User Avatar

It feels very weird to use my cHeat muscles, I am worried that my implants will move. I have done some "plank" positions, and have small pains afterward, I am just so afraid of damaging the implants. I want to resume exercise but it feels weird. Does it look like the implant is falling to the side? 3 months post op 350cc dual plane silicone monobloc implants
