Nipples permanently erect after over 1 and half years since surgery?

I had my breasts enlargd from AA with 260cc implants in 09/2014. I am happy with the job, but there are a few things that bother me. They haven't "dropped" and altho they are soft they still look too high up on my chest. also, my nipples are always erect. I have to wear bras all the time because they stand out through my clothing. Will my breasts drop and my nipples go back to normal to get a more natural look? I trust my doctor but we are in different countries and he just says it take time.

If it has been 1.5 years since your surgery it is unlikely that anything will change in this regard.

Thank you for your question and I am sorry that your results have not been what you anticipated.  At over a year from surgery your current results will not change with time and will likely require revision surgery. The cause of your high-riding implants will need to be determined, such as a tight implant pocket or capsular contracture, before the appropriate treatment can be recommended so see your surgeon for an in-person evaluation or seek a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon closer to where you live.  Hope this helps.
