I've noticed since then that I'm shedding more hair than usual. 1. Is this supposed to happen ?

I suggest seeing a hair loss expert now to evaluate and go over your condition and provide you information about your best treatment options. You could experiencing shock loss from all of the trauma to the scalp.  To be clear, you received all of this in one setting? I'm unaware of any reputable studies that show either Botox or keratin improve hair growth.

Botox for hair thinning and loss?  I never use botox for hair theraphies. PRP stimulates weak and miniaturized hair follicles that exist between native hair to become thick, strong terminal hair shaft. Keratin treatment  ? may be applied by  a barber not with  surgeon  .I know keratin containing shampoo work  well  to  make thicker hair but I have no  idea on keratin "treatment" .

It really comes down to ... “what is you diagnosis ?”....All in all, there is no good consistent evidence for botox doing much for hair loss.... and keratin can temporarily change hair texture but not make much thicker.
