Can I do PRP treatment for hair while I'm still on accutane?

There  is no contraindication to using PRP with Accutane. However, you need to visit a hair loss expert. Your hair loss needs to be evaluated. It could be related to the Accutane or another etiology. Good luck.Jeff Rapaport MD FAADRealself All-star

PRP is platelet rich plasma concentrate, which is injected using various techniques for facial rejuvenation, hair restoration, joint inflammation, xerosis, and for treatment of various other problems. Accutane has many side effects including hair loss and thinning. But it is temporary. When you stop using accurate, hair loss decreases but hair thinning usually continues for up to 6 months. 
PRP is very effective treatment for hair restoration but with accutane its efficacy is reduced. As Accutane can cause a decrease in platelet counts. Moreover, the scalp is more prone to scaring when on accutane. I would suggest you to wait for at least 6 months after stoping accutane and then consult a doctor familiar with PRP and hair loss.
