I've been using those Frownies for a few months. They're the nightly adhesive tape-like sheets that train you not to frown while you sleep. They work a little, but I wanted something more drastic like Botox. I want to know if I should stop using these Frownies ASAP b/c my Botox appointment is next week, or can I continue wearing them in spite of having Botox injections? Thanks...

Keeping your mouth open will have no effect on your masseter muscles. You can try to avoid activities like chewing gum to help maximize your results.
Have you contacted your doctor? I always instruct all my patients to call us if after a week they are not seeing the expected response. we have them come back in to be seen. If they need additional Botox they are only charged for the units they receive.
