I do not like the roundness of my chin when I smile and the crooked symmetry/non definition of my jaw. Lipo, fat transfer, cheek lift? I used to have great bone structure until I got a few teeth pulled when I was younger and stopped wearing my retainer which I believe weakened my jaw.
