In Nov. 2016 I did cool-sculpting on my lower abdomen, no results. I still wanted to a flatter tummy so I tried a test of Body FX in sept 2017, on my lower abdomen for no more than 10 mins. 2 weeks later I develop these lumps that became painful over time. Fast forward, I've had about 5 lumps in my lower abdomen that hurt. My PS tried kybella also to maybe eat the dead fat and it seemed to work but then the flair up happened again. I'm also at the end of my antibiotics which didn't help.

Keep in mind, for best results with Coolsculpting, a combination approach is needed and some people need more than one treatment. I recommend adding radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. However, a Vaser with ThermiRF procedure is the best combination for a toned result, but requires more downtime. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thanks for your question and we always recommend that you have a consultation and do these procedures in the offices of a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. How many CoolSculpting procedures did you have? More than one is required. And with the lumps you are describing, which is not normal with Body FX, you need to have a thorough examination by someone skilled in this area to figure what is going on now and how best to correct it. Sorry that this has happened and you need a skilled provider to help here.
