Can you make Asian eyes (monolid) bigger without double eyelid surgery? (photos)

Hi! All my life I've hated my eyes, but loved them with the type of makeup I wear. I feel as though the eyeliner makes my eyes look bigger/wider and more beautiful. I considered getting double eyelid surgery a few years ago but decided against it because I didn't want my eye shape to change in that manner. Is there a way to make my eyes bigger and wider without giving me a double eyelid? I feel as though my overall features are more balanced by just the eyeliner somehow.
