Can you make Asian eyes (monolid) bigger without double eyelid surgery? (photos)

Based on your photos, an incisional upper blepharoplasty with medial epicanthoplasty (cutting the inner corners of your yes) would give you a very nice result.  The medial epicanthoplasty will make your eyes appear larger horizontally, but also improve the balance between the bridge of your nose and the distance between your eyes. 

Go with a small crease and remove the inner corner skin. I would prefer an incision technique to correct your minor muscle issue (ptosis) but a suture technique can be used as well.

Thank you for the photo.  It is possible to remove some skin with a low positioned incision with emphasis on inner corner.  If there is some mild ptosis this can be addressed in two ways: 1. A Putterman procedure to raise  the eyelids with minimal external skin removal or 2. An external incision to remove some skin and repair minor ptosis if ptosis is present. With out an exam it's difficult to say exactly what you'd need and I will say the more subtle cases can be the more challenging since it's truly a fine-tuning of a person's existing appearance.See only specialists in Asian eyelid surgery.Chase Lay, MD
