After Rhinoplasty, Pig Nose / slanted nostrils. Any suggestions? (photos)

Hello,The upper lip, midface, and nasal base are very swollen.  This drives the base down and out, making the tip overly rotated and projecting. You should see substantial improvement in the next few weeks. Best of luck!

At 4 days is way too early to comment re/final result. The swelling after Rhinoplasty is expected. So it's best to communicate with your Surgeon re/post-op instructions. 

Thank you for the question but you are way to early to judge your final result and the tip should drop when the splint and swelling are gone.  So stop worrying and follow your surgeon's advice.Dr. Corbin
