I really wanted a subtle approach but my surgeon assured me that he knew what would be aesthetically correct for my nose. 4 days post op in and freaking out as my nose looks like a little pig, the nostrils are slanted downward so much to the point and the tip seems so pointed up. I know I am still swollen but will these resolve itself ? - should i be icing my on my nose /nostrils or just around it to help the swelling? I also am so clogged up in the nose, but dont want to blow it.
