How can I achieve masculine "hunter eyes"? (Photos)

I have big round eyes with high eyebrows, exposed upper eyelid, and flat brow ridge. My eyes are ugly and beta looking. They look like "prey" eyes. Masculine eyes are narrow, almond shaped, hooded, and the eyebrows are low with a prominent brow ridge. My eyes look similar to the eyes on the RIGHT in the photo and my goal is to have eyes like the ones on the LEFT. I want to have my eyebrows LOWERED, get a brow ridge implant, and transfer fat to upper eyelids to make them HOODED. Is this possible?

NO! You need your lacrimal glands to make tears. You likely have prolapsed lacrimal glands. They can be tucked back into the orbit with a local anesthesia procedure as depicted in attached video. See an oculoplastics expert.
