Eye shape is determined by a complex relationship between several structures including eyelids, eye balls, orbits, and surrounding structures. Hello,Thanks for your question. It is important to make sure you do not suffer from any systemic diseases that can affect the eye area, like thyroid disease. Once that is ruled out, you could consider fat transfer or filler to the upper brow, upper eyelid and lower eyelid areas. There are limits of course, but that would help.Eyebrow lowering could help but you don't want to negatively affect your peripheral vision. That needs to remain sharp. Thank you for your interesting question. With modern day fat grafting, we can achieve quite a change and improvement in the peri-orbital region. We can certainly move you in the direction of the photo on the left. However, it is always impossible to fully re-create the anatomy of another person. Fat grafting to the upper and lower eyelids will give the eyes a more alluring appearance and less of a 'surprised look'. You should strongly consider a fat grafting procedure. Good luck to you.
