How long should you wait before weightlifting after getting a vbeam treatment for redness on the neck and chest?

If you have had no evidence of scabbing or blistering after treatment, I think it's likely safe to resume normal exercise including weightlifting after 2-3 days. If you do have any significant surface skin reaction other than a bit of minor bruising, I'd recommend waiting until that has healed.

I usually tell my patients to take is easy for 24 hours. This includes holding off on vigorous exercise, drinking alcoholic beverages or bending down for a long period of time.
