This picture shows how my skin looks when flushed which happens daily. I've been diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis, and perhaps rosacea but they're not sure. I go to UVB phototherapy right now but so far no results. Considering trying Vbeam, will it help? And why do I flush every night when I'm at home? Can SD cause flushings like this? I'm really confused on how to treat this.
I have been undergoing Vbeam laser treatments for rosacea and so far the results to fantastic. However, I wonder if it is recommended to have both IPL and Vbeam laser treatments for erythematotelangiectatic rosacea. If so, how much time must elapse between IPL and Vbeam laser treatments? Are there any other combination treatments that you would recommend?
I suffer from the neurogenic part of rosacea with facial flushing. Comes and goes throughout the day. I have heard mixed things on whether really can help reduce the flushing or if it just helps with the redness and broken vessels but people will always have triggers that make them flush.
I tried both ipl and vbeam in the past. They both helped, but some redness stayed. I read that combining those 2 treatments is a good option for rosacea. I am wondering how to combine it. Should I do both treatments at the same time,or should I wait. And, how much should I wait after the vbeam to do the ipl and the other way around?
Hello!I am due to have vbeam on mild rosacea subtype 1.i sometimes flush but not too much.its the best it's been for a few months since using suncream although it has generally got worse around my nose and cheeks with a collection of permanent visible capillaries around nose in last 9 months. Is vbeam suitable for this? I am skin type 2. How long will redness last after treatment? Having felt good about my skin recently, don't want to fall back into being miserable about redness post treatment.
I had septoplasty surgery a week ago, to correct deviated septum. My nose also looks better now, the tip is lifted up a bit, and a bump that was on my nose is smaller. The problem is that I also have Rosacea. So, I'm planning to do Vbeam laser treatment for the redness. The question is, is it safe to do it two weeks after septoplasty? Also, during the Vbeam treatment safety eyewear is placed to protect the eyes, and it is pressed hard on my eyes and also touching my nose a little bit.
I developed rosacea from overusing corticosteroids: acne rosacea and redness around my eyes and nose. I can not use AHA and retinol products now even though I could use it before. I did 2 v beam and 2 yag lasers within 2 months, but still have constant blushing and flushing. Is it too earlier to see the results or I should try something else? Oracea and finacea are not working for me. My dermatologist use settings such as 9.5 the first treatment and then 10.5 with no succsess even though my face was swallen for 1 week and also was more red for 2-3 days
