Hi Solfurina. This is impossible to answer without more information. Of primary importance is how large you are. Another question is male or female. Generally males have larger areas to cover. Finally, which laser is being used and which skin type do you have. The lasers have different speeds and effectiveness, so somteimes fast won't necessarily mean good.Minimum for our practice would be about 2 hours and maximum may be 4 hours.
Thank you for your question. There are a lot of questions that need to be addressed when answering this question. My best suggestion for you is to do a consultation with your laser technician, make sure the place you are going is reputable. Laser hair removal for each area varies per individual receiving the treatment based on body size, gender and skin type. It is very important to realize this treatment will take multiple sessions and you will need to follow post care to avoid complications that can be associated with this procedure. Best Wishes,Pablo Prichard

Hi ProdG. Nothing in the photos appears concerning. While the irritation does usually go away quickly after treatment, it could also be from shaving or ingrown hair. In any case, it does not appear that you have any changes to the surface of the skin that would indicate a problem with the tr...
I have had fabulous results with the Gentle Yag laser. It is painless and efficient. I would be cautious about who performs your laser hair removal. Please consult a board certified dermatologist for the best results.
Of course the laser hair removal did not cause the UTI and is not contraindicated with your taking antibiotics if needed. You should avoid the sun after laser hair removal and also if you take the antibiotics.
