Can you get veneers on teeth with little enamel?

It shouldn't be a problem to have veneers done instead of full crowns on your lower teeth, but I would recommend having an in person consultation with an experienced cosmetic dentist to make sure. You may also want to consider an orthodontic treatment to straighten the bottom teeth before placing veneers. 

by seeing your photos, u have proclined anterior teeth with crowding. so best option in your case is aligner/braces treatment to reduce bulge and later veneers for aesthetic enhancement.

Yes you can do veneers, but my concern is the lower right canine because it sticks out more than the others. My advice is to seek orthodontic treatment such as Invisalign first. We have done many Invisalign cases with fantastic results. Once the teeth are more aligned, porcelain veneers on the bottom would be a great enhancement for your smile.

This is a very good question. I've been making veneers for over thirty years. My experience says that I get a fantastic bond between porcelain and enamel. However whenever I've tried to bond veneers to dentin they chronically fall off. Full crowns would be a better choice for retention. X-rays would be helpful because if you do full crowns you need to take into consideration the size of the pulp in the center of the teeth. Cutting teeth too close to a pulp can damage the pulp.
