I had an open rhinoplasty performed around 16 months ago. The surgeon used dermabond rather than sutures to close the external incision. Unfortunately, I accidentally ripped the glue off one week into my healing period. It has left a scar on the columella. Is this treatable? If so, how invasive would such a procedure be and would it make the scar worse?

Hi, Thanks for your question and photos. As you may know, it's not easy to advise without a physical exam of your scars. Maybe, you can have a CO2 laser treatment to burn out the damaged skin and make new growth. Good luck!
I would begin with application of Luminase and Exfolase creams to lighten the pigmentary framing, followed by laser and Melapeel application to reduce discoloration. The deep pit may require TCA cross as long as you don't have any active infection.
