I'm not certain yourself diagnosis is correct. A seroma after breast augmentation is most uncommon. If it exists it is best drained.

Very hard over the internet to diagnose a seroma. Also close follow up with your PS like every other day might be indicated. I do not think you have a seroma but again impossible to diagnose. //

I just don't see those problems after augmentation.  Size differences are usually a result of what you started with and did not adjust for.  It looks like you had a lift using the peri-areolar technique.  If you feel your right side is just too much larger then your left after you've completely healed, revisions can be done to improve your symmetry.  If you're dead set on finding out if you have a seroma, you will need an ultrasound.  But unless problematic, nothing is done.

According to the information and picture you are showing it looks that you have a seroma. But my best advise is that you see your doctore. Im sure he will perform a sonomamogram which make the exact diagnostic of a seroma. Depending on the amound your surgeon will re opérate or let the seroma under observation

Without an exam it is impossible to say whether or not you have a seroma.  It is best to be seen in person to be properly evaluated.

Rather than trying to self diagnose, you would be better off reviewing the findings with your surgeon. There is a simple diagnostic test that can be done to make or exclude the diagnosis of seroma, and that is an ultrasound exam. If you do have a seroma, then think about the treatment options.
