What two procedures (invasive or non-invasive) would you suggest that I should have to be more attractive? (photo)

I was thinking about nose tip surgery and upper lip lift surgery ... I won’t be offended by any opinion. I also want to be myself and not someone else. I just feel like my face needs a more harmonious look. Thank you!
