Cold after chin implant, should I be concerned?

Hello, I had a chin implant placed sub-mentally 10 days ago, but now I have a sore throat and feel like a might be coming down with a cold.. Should I be concerned? I just finished 5 days of tavanic along with a week of augmenting, then 5 days of ciprofloxacin. Thank you.
