Right side of the lip doesnt go down when smiling or talking or laughing after chin implant removal? Crooked smile? permanent?

I got chin implant under the chin silicone extended small 5mm. I got ıt out after 2 days of having it. No infection. My right side of the lip and chin very sore tight and numb. Cant move my right side of the lip. I was ın seduction when getting the implant. And felt a pain in the right side during the surgery. Now that ı cant function im that area. What cloud have happened? Is ıt permanant? It ıs 10 days past the surgery no ımprovement at all. I am devasted
