I'd like multiple procedures in USA, need talented artistic surgeon with skill. 29, healthy slim male with good bone structure.

I'm planning to travel to USA to receive multiple procedures as here in Scotland choice is limited. I wish to have vertical height of chin slightly reduced via shaving, mandibular angles widened & moved slightly backwards via implants, rhinoplasty by moving nostril sides upwards & narrowing them slightly inwards, & slimming rounded tip of nose, & fat grafts to lower/upper eyes to remove hollowing. Can this all be done together? what's the recovery? & what sort of costs to have together? thanks.Updated: I wish to have the following changes made: Chin shaved, jaw implants outwards & backwards, & nose tip and nostril work. The double photo shows me on the left & my desired result on the right. So as to resemble more the picture of the male model also attached who has, I feel, sharp balanced angular features. I think my features are heavier & less flattering/elegant. I have recently had a hairline and brow transplant to balance my features more. Pic was taken about a month ago. Is this realistic?
